Great Basin Home Health, Is committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care to our clients as well as our promise to always be there for our clients when they need us. We ensure high quality of care at the comfort of our client's homes.
Our Coordinating team will first ascertain your needs and find the best matched caregiver for you based on personality similarities. Our qualified staff will formally introduce the caregiver to the client prior to starting services.
If I want to change the Caregiver for any reason, is it okay to do that?
Yes, we work to please you, the Client, so if at any time you want to change a Caregiver, Just simply call the office and we will meet your needs promptly.
Do I need to sign a Contract with Great Basin Home Health?
No. You are not under any Contractual Obligation to stay with us for a period of time. After the intial explanation of services and you decide to retain our services, you will sign a Service Agreement that will clearly state that you understand the care we will provide for you and you authorize us to do so. This however, is not a permanent contract, if at any time you wish to discontinue our services, you are free to do so with no penalties or obligations.
We ask for a two-week deposit of services based on the number of hours that we arrange for initially. We hold that deposit until services end and either apply it to the final invoice or return it.
If in case of an emergency, I want to speak to office staff after hours, where do I call?
You would call the office and one of our Client Coordinators will answer and respond to your needs.
Can one of your staff come to my location to meet with me and answer any questions or concerns that I have?
Yes. We can certainly come to your location to answer any questions or concerns you have about our company. We prefer to come to your location so that we can meet face to face in your enviorment.

Infant, Child and Adult-CPR & 1st Aid Certification
Our training class is open to anyone from the ages 12 and Up.
Classes held in our Training room at Great Basin Home Health
Classes are held on a Monthly Basis.
Classes are 3-5 hours hours long.
Each class is limited to 10 persons, so please register early to ensure your spot. We will do our best to accommodate everyone.
The fee for the class is $65.00 includes Certification for 2 years, a CPR & 1st Aid Training Book. All classes require a $40.00 deposit upon registration. Registration is accepted with Cash, Check or Major Credit Cards. We must receive the deposit 7 days prior to the class date.
